Meet the Founder

About me

Hello, I’m Megan—welcome! I’m a Midwesterner and dual citizen of the United States and Croatia, shaped by a lifelong commitment to cultural exploration and global perspective. My work is grounded in an enduring curiosity about how people live, connect, and find meaning across borders.

This perspective has guided both my academic path and my travels: from studying foreign languages and living abroad to independently exploring 26 countries across five continents—and counting. Each experience has deepened my understanding of culture not as a concept, but as a lived, human exchange. Travel, for me, has been more than movement; it has been a catalyst for personal growth, a way to process life’s challenges, and a means of staying connected to both my roots and the wider world.

As a Travel Coach and retreat leader, I design experiences that go beyond itineraries. My approach centers on intentional, immersive travel—helping clients cultivate cultural awareness, emotional readiness, and the confidence to engage meaningfully with new environments. I guide individuals and groups to move beyond surface-level tourism and into authentic, human-centered exploration—whether on retreat, on the road, or within their everyday lives.

I believe travel is a full-circle experience—one that begins long before departure and continues well after returning home. When approached with intention, it has the power to transform how we see the world and ourselves within it.

I’d love to support you on your journey. Reach out, and let’s begin.
